Buenos Aires Office Report, Q4 2019
At the end of the last quarter of the year, the corporate office market in Buenos Aires registered a total stock of 1,575,000 square meters, representing an increase of 77,500 square meters compared to 2018. This is due to the incorporation of five properties , distributed in the GBA, Microcentro and Puerto Madero submarkets. In terms of vacancy, 8.4% was found, showing a slight increase compared to last quarter (7.5%).
On the other hand, the average price per square meter per month was USD 26.1, an identical value to the average of the last ten years (USD 26.2 in the last quarter of 2018).
