Buenos Aires office market overview - Q4 2024

During the analyzed period, a total of 38,013 m² were incorporated in the North CABA submarket, bringing the inventory to 2,165,412 m². Thus, in 2024, five new buildings were added, four of them in North CABA, which caused the stock to grow by 2.7%.
