Buenos Aires Office Report, Q1 2020

This report presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the Buenos Aires office stock, which was structured around two main classes (A and B, previously A and AB) containing all the surveyed corporate-grade space in the metropolitan area. Along these lines, this report adds the Sur CABA submarket to the quarterly analysis, an area encompassing the Distrito Tecnológico (tech district), most of which is located within the Parque Patricios neighborhood. Furthermore, the boundaries of the Macrocentro Norte submarket were realigned, resulting in the creation of the Macrocentro submarket.
