To date, there was no regional information that would allow companies to put their initiatives into context and serve as input for owners and investors to anticipate trends and make strategic decisions.

The report quantifies the transition from in-person to hybrid work, suggests that most companies face challenges when implementing their policies, and shows that the search for the optimal work scheme continues for half of the surveyed companies.
